AI integration for websites & workflows

Give AI a useful
job to do.

You don’t need to know which tools to use or where to start. I can help you find a worthwhile use for AI, try it with a small prototype, and build it into your website or existing systems.

Talk through an AI idea

Help visitors find answers.

A website assistant or smarter search that uses your own content to help people find the right service, product or information.

Make information easier to use.

Turn longer documents into useful summaries, organise incoming information, or help customers explore a catalogue in their own words.

Take a step out of the admin.

Connect AI to an enquiry form or internal workflow to sort requests, extract details and prepare draft replies for you to review.

Near the Malvern Hills
Herefordshire, Worcestershire & beyond

Hello, I’m Tom Hancock.
You might know me as The Sketch Collective.

The Sketch Collective is my independent design and development business. Whichever name brought you here, you’ll work directly with me, from our first conversation to the finished website or application.

I’m an experienced frontend developer with an eye for design. I build business websites, work with React and TypeScript, and create tools that make everyday processes easier.

I care about how things look, how they work and the people using them. That means asking good questions, explaining the choices and keeping you involved as your project takes shape.

Let’s make something useful

04 / From a conversation to a launch

A clear way forward.

You don’t need all the answers to get started.
That’s something we can work out together.

  1. 01

    Set up a call.

Tell me about your business, your idea and what you need it to do. A rough starting point is plenty.

  2. 02

    Make a plan.

We agree an approach, a scope and a cost. You’ll know what’s involved before work begins.

  3. 03

    Build & refine.

I design, build and share progress. You have something tangible to respond to along the way.

  4. 04

    Ready to go.

We test, prepare for launch and hand over. We can also talk about the support you’ll need next.

A few things you might be wondering

Before we
get started.

Can you add AI to my existing website?

Often, yes. I’ll first look at how your website is built and what you want AI to help with. That might mean an assistant using your own content, better search, or an integration that prepares enquiries for you to review. We can test the idea before committing to a larger build.

Do I need a detailed brief?

No. A rough idea, an existing website or a problem you’re trying to solve is a good starting point. We can work out the details together.

Can you help with something I already have?

Yes. I can improve an existing website, work on a React application or help rethink an interface. I’ll take a look at what’s there and talk through a sensible way forward.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on what you need. After an initial conversation, I’ll put together a proposal with a clear scope and cost. If you have a budget in mind, sharing it helps me suggest a realistic approach.

Do you work with clients further afield?

Absolutely. I’m based near Malvern and work with businesses in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, across the UK and remotely. We can keep in touch through calls, messages and shared updates.
